A stable 25 km water stretch, perfect for general, specific and pre-competitive preparation periods for rowing and canoeing athletes, is the key feature of the River Douro area that includes the Gramido Nautical Sports Centre, in Gondomar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located 8 km from the Atlantic Ocean and 3 km from the city of Porto, it benefits from a temperate climate throughout the year, due to its proximity to the sea and its geographical position in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Training Centre has 42 dormitory beds, in rooms with 6 and 10 bunk-style beds, and one individual apartment, available for visitors to the Training Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For groups, access is provided to the available equipment: gym, rowing tanks and ergometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
