This victory belongs equally to all the athletes in the senior team who, although they did not take a seat in the boat for this final, played a vital role in the crew’s preparation. The dedication, competitive spirit and commitment of the whole group helped to make this moment possible.

The Municipality of Gondomar publicly congratulated Infante on its achievement, highlighting the club as a leading light in the sport and a true ambassador for Gondomar on the national sporting scene. It also emphasised the work carried out by this century-old institution in developing athletes and citizens, based on values such as perseverance, hard work and commitment.
